Our
shipping carrier is USPS Priority Mail and UPS. UPS does not
deliver on weekends, nor do they deliver to P.O. Boxes. Both
APO and P.O. Box orders will be shipped via USPS, standard shipping
charges will apply. All U.S. orders will receive an email containing
your order tracking number so you may check the status of your
order delivery. International orders do not receive tracking
numbers.

MODE ships
orders, excluding Nail Enamel, worldwide. Your order may be
subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when your
package arrives in your country. If you do incur import duties
and taxes, they must be rendered in order for your package to
clear customs

Returns
If for any reason you are not
completely satisfied with your MODE Online purchase, we will
be happy to credit your account for the purchase amount, less
shipping and handling.
*Returns
must be made within 30 (thirty) days from the date of purchase.

that you send your return via an insured method which can be
