Payment Options
For online purchases, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Debit Cards, and echecks. Information entered is encrypted, protecting any information that is submitted at the time of your order. You may also pay online orders with a PayPal account but you are not required to have an account to place your order.

Please Note: For your security your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

As email is not a secure method of transmitting credit card information, we strongly advise that for your protection you do NOT send credit card information via an email message. Instead, we suggest that you call is directly.

Sales Tax
Zela International Co. must charge sales tax of 8.00% for all orders shipped to New York State Residents as applicable by law.

International Orders
MODE ships orders, excluding Nail Enamel, worldwide. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when your package arrives in your country. If you do incur import duties and taxes, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.




Order Confirmation
Upon checkout, an email will be sent to you with a confirmation of your order. Additionally, when your order is shipped you will receive an email containing your order tracking number so you may check the status of your order delivery. If you have any questions about your order status, please email customerservice@modecosmetics.com.

This site is best viewed with Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher and a minimum monitor resolution of 1024 x 768. Please note that monitors display colors differently based upon their settings. All MODE product color swatches and descriptions are described to the best of our ability.
