  • How do I contact customer service?

  • When can I expect my order to arrive?

    It is our priority to get your order shipped to you as soon as possible, please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped with tracking information. Please allow 3-10 business days from the time you receive your shipping confirmation for your package to arrive. For more information about shipping, please click here.

  • How can I track my order?

    When you place your order you will receive a shipping confirmation email to the email address you provided us at checkout. You can find your tracking number in that email or through your Customer Account.

  • How can I check my order status?

    You can check your order status through your Customer Account or by entering your information on the Order Status page here.

  • Can I cancel or modify my order?

    Once an order has been placed, it is not possible to cancel your order or modify any of the details. Please be sure to carefully review your order before placing it.

  • How can I change my shipping address after my order shipped?

    Please note that once you have placed an order, it is no longer possible to modify your shipping address.

  • How do I use a promo code?

    STEP 1: Add items to your shopping bag and view your bag.

    STEP 2: In your shopping bag, find the "Have a promo code?" box. Enter your code and select "apply." If your discount qualifies, it will be displayed in your shopping bag and in your order summary.

    STEP 3: Proceed to checkout to complete your order.

  • Why didn't I receive my order confirmation email?

    Confirmation emails are received shortly after your order is placed. Make sure to check your spam/junk folders. If you do not receive your order confirmation email within 24 hours, please email customerservice@modecosmetics.com so we may assist you.

  • How much does shipping cost?

  • How do I qualify for free shipping?

    Standard shipping within the USA is free on orders $49 and over (before taxes and any applied discounts are added). Restrictions and exclusions may apply.

  • What is your return policy?

    We are committed to bringing you products of the highest quality and we want you to be happy with your purchase. Merchandise eligible for return must be in new, unused condition and be returned within 30 days of purchase. For full return policy rules and return information, please click here.

  • What if I forgot my password?

    No worries, find and click "Forgot Your Password?" on the Account Sign In page and we'll send you a reset link for your password.

  • Do you accept international orders?

    MODE currently does accept international orders, with the exclusion of nail products. Please note that all international sales are considered final. You can find more details here.

  • Do you charge sales tax?

    Sales tax of 8.00% is applied only to orders shipping to New York state.

  • When are your promotions?

    MODE offers first-time customers 15% off your first order when you sign up for a MODE account and subscribe to our newsletters. This offer is only redeemable by signing in and checking out through your MODE account. Also, the best way to find out about our pop-up promotions is to sign up for our email newsletter located at the bottom of our website.

  • What if the product I want is out of stock?

    You can sign up to be notified once it's back in stock by entering your email address on the product page.

  • Where are your products made?

    MODE cosmetics including complexion, lip, cheek, nail, and hair products are proudly made in New York, USA.

  • Are your products cruelty-free?

    MODE products are proudly never tested on animals.

  • Are your products vegan?

    Many of our products are vegan friendly and you can find out by looking for the vegan logo on the product page. You can also shop the full list of our vegan friendly makeup products here

  • Do you offer gift cards?

    At this time, MODE does not offer gift cards.

  • How Do I sign Up for Emails?

    Sign up for our email newsletter located at the bottom of our website or by visiting here.

  • How Do I opt out of Emails?

    Why would you want to?! But if you must, just click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email.

  • Help! I don't know how to pick my shade?

  • Why do the product shades sometimes look slighty different on my computer?

    Please note that monitors and devices display colors differently based upon their settings. MODE product color swatches and descriptions are described to the best of our ability. Please feel free to contact us with questions about specific products or colors, and we'll be happy to provide you with any additional information we have available.

  • Do you offer a discount program for makeup artists?
