Items placed in your modecosmetics.com shopping bag will remain there for 14 days until purchased.
Placing An Order
After you have added an item to your shopping bag, you will be prompted to review your shopping bag. Here, you may review all items in your shopping bag, update quantities, remove items or return to the product detail page. Once you have reviewed the items in your shopping bag, you may either continue shopping or proceed to check out and place your order.
- Returning Customers: When in checkout, you will be asked to sign-in by entering your email address and password.
- First Time Customers: You will be asked to create an account with us for faster checkouts in the future or you may continue to checkout as a guest.
Shopping Bag
- Update quantity: To change the quantity of a specific item, click the plus symbol in the quantity box and increase the quantity needed.
- Add an item to your wishlist: If there are items in your shopping bag that you do not wish to purchase immediately but would like to save, you can add them to your wishlist by clicking the box in the "Move To Wishlist" column and saving by clicking on "Update Shopping Bag" button.
- Remove an item from your shopping bag: To remove an item, click the "X” on the far right.
- Edit item details: To edit an item or view item details, click the “Edit” link.
- Enter a promo code: If you have a promo code, enter the requested information in the "Have A Promo Code?" box and click the “Apply” button.
Checkout
During the checkout process, you may review your info summary on the right side of the page to confirm your billing and shipping addresses, shipping methods, and payment options. You may click back into any step of the checkout process to make adjustments by clicking the "Change" link.
- Step 1 - Checkout Method: You will be asked to either Sign-In To Checkout by entering your email or you may continue to Guest Checkout.
- Step 2 - Billing Information: If you do not have an account, you will be asked to enter your billing address information. If your billing address is the same as your ship to address, click the "Ship to this address" button. Or, you may edit your shipping address by clicking the "Ship to different address" button.
- Step 3 - Shipping Method: Next choose which shipping method you would like to use for delivery.
- Step 4 - Payment Information: Entering in your payment information. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit card payments as well as PayPal payments. Make sure you enter your information exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.
- Step 5 - Order Review: To complete your order, simply confirm by reviewing the order summary and totals. Then click the "Place Order" button. Upon completion, you will be given an order number and you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
Order Confirmation
After you complete the checkout process, you will be directed to the order confirmation page. Here, you will see your order number and complete details of your order. We recommend that you print this receipt and save the order information for your records. You will need this information for all references to your order.
