  • Canceling Or Changing An Order

    Once an order has been placed, it is not possible to cancel your order or modify any of the details. Please be sure to carefully review your order before placing it.

  • Changing my shipping address

    Please note that once you have placed an order, it is no longer possible to modify your shipping address. To avoid shipping address issues in the future, we recommend updating your address in your Customer Account.

  • How to Use A Promo Code

    STEP 1: Add items to your shopping bag and view your bag.

    STEP 2: In your shopping bag, find the "Have a promo code?" box. Enter your code and select "apply." If your discount qualifies, it will be displayed in your shopping bag and in your order summary.

    STEP 3: Proceed to checkout to complete your order.

  • Order confirmation email

    Confirmation emails are received shortly after your order is placed. Make sure to check your spam/junk folders. If you do not receive your order confirmation email within 24 hours, please email customerservice@modecosmetics.com so we may assist you.

  • Sales tax

    Sales tax of 8.00% is only applied to orders shipping to New York state.
